Corporate Women No Longer Have To Put Up With Unequal Treatment

For those who say that Corporate America treats everyone the same way, I would ask you to open your eyes and really watch what is going on. After 12 years at the executive level in a Fortune 50 Company, I can tell you that there is a definite difference in the treatment of the the two sexes.

How does it feel to make someone else rich? Do you realize that you are working probably close to 10% of your true value / worth? Don't spend 30 years in Corporate America just to find out that you will be replaced 2 weeks prior to your retirement and forgotten within 1 to 6 months. The Corporate model is for followers. If you are a leader there are far better options.

How much do you feel you are currently worth? Let's see, giving Corporate America the best years of your life, 30 to 60 minute commutes every day, working way over 40 hours per week, time away from family, added stress to family, not appreciated at work, treated differently than males at work, countless meetings that are a waste of time, living through Corporate Layoffs and seeing great people without jobs, paying in one of the highest % of the tax brackets, getting minimal write offs for your expenses, 40% of your time is spent on administrative tasks, 45% of your time spent on managing bad performers and being told when you how long your vacations can be. How much is that worth to you?

Let me guess, if I asked you what your tax reduction strategy was you would say, "What is that?"? If you are making your money solely as an employee, then you are working until May to pay the Government. Guess what...it soon will by June. That's right, health care, rising food, fuel, utilities and taxes will soon have you working until June to pay your taxes. Your taxes will be your largest expense in your lifetime. The time for change is now.

Never be taken for granted again. Start your home based business and when you are earning as much as you earn with the Corporate job, then you are in control. You can even fire your boss if you wish. No that is true power. I will never forget the day I fired Corporate America. It was great.

What are you doing to prepare for higher costs on fuel, food, clothes, utilities and more that is coming down the hill like a freight train? If you do nothing, you just took a 15% pay cut. This on top of your tax base is out outrageous, yet people going to be caught in this trap soon. Most Americans can see the squeeze coming or are feeling the squeeze now, but what they do not see is the fact that with these increases Corporations will need to outsource even more to maintain profit margins which translates to layoffs. What are you doing to beef up your emergency fund? Do not wait until it is too late.

Ok, no more excuses. You are a hostage to Corporate America. Take action now and start the process of True Wealth Creation. Do not get caught flat footed in the financial storm brewing. The choice is yours. What choice will you make?

Stop and figure out the true cost of your j.o.b. (just over broke). No matter how much money you make as an employee your chances living a financially secure life and helping those around you is next to 1%. If Las Vegas had those kind of odds, it would be a ghost town, yet everyday people continue to do the same actions with their heads in the sands while going towards retire in terrible financial shape. Do not let this be you. Your family deserves much better.

It is called the Law of Action. Working for a Corporation is not action, it is following. That is why you are paid peanuts. I know I used to be an Executive in a Fortune 50 Company and thought I was making great money....How wrong I was. I was too busy to see that true Wealth is open to all but you must take action.

Your single most important factor in choosing a home based business is who your Global Mentor is. This single factor will have more influence on your success than any other factor. Of course you also want quality products, sound training (most is not sound - be careful), low price to entry, ability to make money quickly and a Global Presence.
